Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Payout Studio ("the Service"), run by Whizz ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying Pro you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What the Service is

Payout Studio is a browser-based tool for designing images and animated GIFs such as payout cards, certificates and medals. Cards are created in your browser. We do not receive or store the cards you make.

2. Free and Pro

The free version lets you design and save watermarked PNGs. Pro removes the watermark and adds GIF export and higher-resolution PNGs. Features may change over time.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use the Service to present results that are real and that belong to you. You must not:

We may suspend or remove access, without refund where the breach is serious, if you break these rules.

4. Firm names and trademarks

Payout Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any trading firm. Firm names shown in the studio are text wordmarks only, are trademarks of their respective owners, and are provided for convenience. You are responsible for how you use any firm name or logo on a card you make.

5. Your content

You own the cards you make. You are responsible for the information you put on them and for any logos or images you upload. Uploads stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

6. Payments, subscriptions and lifetime access

See our Refund Policy for refunds.

7. Availability

We try to keep the Service running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by how you or others use cards you create. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing on this site is financial advice.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
